Based in the coastal town of Dun Laoghaire, Bryan O’Neill has worked on a number of high-profile jobs while maintaining a low profile. A chartered accountant, he worked on the receivership of several companies in the old Quinn Group as well as the liquidation of the Irish Bank Resolution Corporation.

In recent days, however, O’Neill was tasked with another job – advancing more than €73 million to the founders of Green Reit, the listed Irish real estate company that was sold earlier this year for €1.34 billion.
